Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Make sure to record an unboxing video as it is required to verify your claim.

To process your claim:

  • Share the unboxing video along with your order ID

  • Our team will inspect the details provided

  • If approved, a replacement will be arranged

  • If the product/size is out of stock, a refund may be issued at our discretion

Size Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your outfit. Here’s how size exchanges work:

  • Exchange Request Period: Within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Product Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • Shipping Charges: To be borne by the customer (for both return and reshipping)

  • Availability: Exchange will only be processed if the desired size is available in stock
